I am very much aware of the sensitivity of holding personal information on record. I have recently moved to a fully encrypted software for paperless administration and note taking, that is password protected.
Should you require access to your notes at any point please do this via email request. A small administrative fee may be applicable for referral letters.
Please rearrange or cancel appointments more than 48 hours in advance where possible. This is to ensure they can be refilled. If in the event of an emergency please contact Anna Hopcroft directly. You will be charged in full for appointments cancelled within 48 hours.
